透過阿育吠陀Spa 體療，可幫助身心放鬆，同時調理並修復身體內在失衡的狀況。

在服務開始前，會先由Suki 進行面談，根據你的個人體質與需要，建議並安排最合適的療程，讓身體達致放鬆、平衡與自我修復的狀態。

阿育吠陀體療可選擇以下部位︰
全身｜背部｜腳｜頭肩頸｜頭及臉

（所有療程均使用草藥油或草藥粉進行，療程後可使用淋浴間。）

特別說明

• 頭滴油療法 Shirodhara 所需草藥油量達一公升或以上，因所用油品為外國進口，所以價格會較高。
• 其餘如全身、上背、下背等體療以分鐘收費，並可加配其他排毒或養生手法（如草藥粉、草藥球或Vashti 等），加$100，建議會由Suki 提供。
• 所有草藥及用油均為進口產品，僅供同一位客人專用，確保清潔及療效。
• 除Shirodhara 外，其他療程均包含約20分鐘的Spinal Flow。如只需Spinal Flow 或單獨體療，可再與Suki 安排。

• 最終療程方案將由Suki 根據個人情況決定，或依阿育吠陀醫師建議制定。

Service Overview

Through Ayurveda Spa Therapy, your body can deeply relax while restoring internal balance and well-being.

Before the session, Suki will conduct a consultation to understand your needs and recommend the most suitable treatment plan to help your body achieve harmony, relaxation, and healing.

Available Treatments

You may choose from:
Whole Body | Back | Feet | Head–Shoulder–Neck | Head & Face

(All sessions use herbal oils or powders. Shower facilities are available after treatment.)

Special Notes

• Shirodhara uses at least 1 liter of imported medicinal oil, which makes the session cost higher due to material quality and volume.
• Other treatments (such as full body, upper or lower back) are time-based and can be enhanced with detox or rejuvenating add-ons like herbal powder, herbal compress, or Vashti (+$100, as advised by Suki).
• All herbs and oils are imported and used exclusively for the same client—ensuring hygiene and maximum therapeutic effect.
• All treatments except Shirodhara include around 20 minutes of Spinal Flow. You may consult Suki if you wish to book a standalone Spinal Flow or therapy session.

Ayurveda Health & Wellness Consultation

This consultation focuses on recommendations related to diet, yoga, lifestyle, and spa/massage wellness practices. No hands-on or physical healing is included.

Booking & Payment Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
• Final selection of Ayurveda treatment will be determined by Suki, or in consultation with an Ayurveda doctor.
• All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
